A tweet from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims that Fred’s transfer to Fenerbahce from Manchester United has been finalized.

As soon as the player travels, a medical checkup will be scheduled. The crucial point in this situation is that Fenerbahce and Fred have fully agreed upon all personal terms.

Romano tweeted just a few hours ago that the Turkish team had made an offer to sign the Brazil international for about €15 million. Once United received the payment they desired for their asset, it seems like this case progressed rapidly.

The Red Devils paid £52 million during a summer transfer window five years ago to acquire Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk.

When Jose Mourinho resigned and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer assumed control in the midst of the 2018–19 season, the 30-year-old was one of the regular starters.
