Ten Hag decides to use ‘golden hand’ to recruit ‘Marco Verratti’ to revamp Man Utd

Man United might be looking to strengthen their midfield after losing Fred to Fenerbahce the previous week.

Manchester United is reportedly interested in PSG midfielder Marco Verratti this summer.

Erik ten Hag acknowledged that United had recently moved Fred to Fenerbahce and stated that Donny van de Beek would be the next after the loss to Tottenham Hotspur. If such were the case, the Reds would need to strengthen their midfield even more.

Despite the addition of Mason Mount, Casemiro might still need assistance from a defensive midfielder. The most recent player to be discussed in relation to closing this deficit is Verratti.

According to rumors, Al-Hilal was most interested in Martial and had him marked as a backup plan in case a deal for Aleksandar Mitrovic fell through. This past weekend, it was officially announced that the striker was leaving Fulham, therefore United’s man can no longer use this route.

The “paper” has learned that several other Middle Eastern clubs are also interested in signing Martial, thus a move to the Pro League cannot yet be ruled out.
