Altay Bayindir, a goalkeeper for Turkey, has officially joined Manchester United from Fenerbahce, the club confirmed on Friday.
Old Trafford will acquire the 25-year-old in a deal of £4.2 million ($5.3 million). He agreed to a contract that runs through 2027 with a one-year extension option.

Bayindir claimed that joining Manchester United and becoming the first Turkish footballer to represent this legendary club was an enormous honor.
