Inside NBA Sensation Blake Griffin’s Luxurious $11M Pacific Palisades Mansion

Blake Griffin's dating history: From Kendall Jenner to Madison Beer | HELLO!

Blake Gryphon is willing to sell his Pacific Palisades estate for $10.995 million. According to Variety, the NBA star previously listed the sprawling, 9,572-square-foot property for an exorbitant price of $12 million, but chose to reduce the asking price this time—a shrewd move considering he’ll be spending more time in Detroit over the next five years. Gryphon was the original proprietor of the three-story, six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bathroom mansion with a modified Colonial design.

The house is behind guarded gates on over a third of an acre and is shielded from view by a row of towering trees. High ceilings and lots of natural light fill the space within the entrance, and the espresso-stained hardwood floors stand out sharply against the white walls. A formal living room is located directly across from the front entry and is reached by a magnificent staircase that ascends away from the large foyer. A modern fireplace is surrounded by built-in shelving in that area, and glass sliding doors open to the backyard. The formal dining room is located directly to the right of the entrance and has a double-coffered ceiling that gives the area a more elegant feel.

The bright and expansive kitchen, which features a six-seat island and opens to the family room, is also located on the ground floor. A flat-screen television is mounted above a second fireplace, and another set of glass exterior doors offer expansive views of a deep poolside loggia; an office and guest bedroom with en suite complete the ground floor. Three en suite bedrooms and one master suite with vaulted ceilings, a spacious sitting area with a private fireplace and balcony, two dressing rooms lined with glass-frosted wardrobes, and a bathroom with a large soak tub and marble-lined steam shower are located on the second floor. The subterranean level is ideal for entertaining, featuring a family and games room with multiple televisions, a home theatre with a 130-inch screen and burgundy velour wall panels, and a fitness room. Additionally, a sixth en suite bedroom is located beneath. Outside, the property features a number of loggias ideal for lounging (along with a few hanging rattan seats), an outdoor kitchen and dining pavilion, a single-hoop basketball court, and a large saltwater pool with a spa as an added amenity.
