Prince Harry apparently wanted to take a photo with Lionel Messi, so he went to witness him play for Inter Miami against Los Angeles FC on Sunday without his wife, Meghan Markle.

The Duke of Sussex was among the numerous celebrities in attendance for the game at BMO Stadium. An insider claims that he had a plan to meet the Argentine soccer sensation Messi in order to take a photo with him.  

The prince got into the spirit of things in the stands while following the game on the field, turning cameras and drawing huge amounts of attention from the spectators by applauding and roaring enthusiastically. 

Messi #10 of Inter Miami CF, who seemed to be responding to the energized crowd by giving a thumbs up in the first half, apparently ignored Harry.

This has been Harry’s extremely busy week; on Friday, he was seen at Renaissance World Tour concert enjoying Beyonce’s music. 

There have been rumors that Harry’s recent public appearances are a sign that the pressures of the Sussexes’ high-profile lifestyle are beginning to show in their marriage.

Another insider told Us Weekly that Harry and Meghan are showing the public “a united front” despite the turmoil in their relationship.
