Kylian Mbappé’s decision not to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain next summer has definitely dominated training for France’s two Euro 2024 qualifiers this week. This could be a sign that he will be moving in the next few months.

 

 

 

 

During today’s press conference at Clairefontaine, midfielder Eduardo Camavinga had to talk about the chance of playing with the captain of his national team for his club. The 20-year-old didn’t want to talk about the rumors directly, but he did say that he wouldn’t mind if Mbappé moved to the Spanish city.

“I promise you, you’ll hear that. I guess there’s nothing to say. If he joined Real Madrid, I’d be very happy.

 

Camavinga went on to say that even though the topic was talked about by the team and there was some teasing, he didn’t think Mbappé was too affected by the news.

 

Les Bleus went to Portugal to play Gibraltar on Friday night. Three days later, they played Greece at the Stade de France. They were in first place after beating the Netherlands and Ireland in March.
