Fans were curious about SHAKIRA after she posed with employees from her ex-boyfriend Gerard Pique’s former team while holding up a Barcelona jersey.
It happened more than a year after the Barça center-back and the Colombian superstar announced their breakup.
The photo was shot as Shakira opened her educational facility in Barranquilla, Colombia, where she was born.
Due to the collaboration between Fundació FC Barcelona and the “la Caixa” Foundation, Fundación Pies Descalzos, which had been in the works since 2018, was eventually launched.
Around 1,000 students every year are expected to gain from the foundation by being able to complete their primary and secondary basic education studies.
Providing development places for parents, mothers, and other community members, will also serve the community.
“On behalf of myself and my Pies Descalzos Foundation, I express my immense gratitude and pride in having allies and friends such as the Mayor’s Office of Barranquilla, the La Caixa Banking Foundation, the FC Barcelona Foundation, and the Educational Foundation LCI for fulfilling a new dream: building a new school in Barranquilla and continuing to support girls, boys, and young people in the city,” Shakira said at the ceremony’s opening.
The Hips Don’t Lie singer recently revealed the name of her newest song, and it appears to be another jab at her ex-Gerard Pique.
Shakira made sure her ex, Spanish player Gerard Pique, knew what he was missing as she received the ceremony’s prized Video Vanguard award.
46-year-old Colombian revealed to The Sun on the pink carpet that her latest single is called The Boss. It appears to be a tribute to the moniker allegedly given to her by Pique’s friends after they said she neglected to hang out with them throughout their 11-year relationship.
According to rumors, Shakira never got along with the footballer’s pals, who gave her the moniker “La Patron” or “The Boss” because of her “bad character.”
Later, she gave a performance of her song BZRP MUSIC SESSIONS, VOL. 53, a jab at Pique’s romance with Clara Chia Marti, his younger new companion.
The Colombian singer and the Barcelona defender made their breakup official in June 2022.
Shakira’s spokesperson issued the following statement: “We regret to confirm that we are parting ways.
“We ask that you respect our children’s privacy because it is our first responsibility to ensure their well-being. Thank you for your patience.
Pique didn’t waste any time moving on; right now, the Spaniard is seeing a student who works for him.
Clara, 23, works with Pique’s event production firm, Kosmos, as a PR student.
The couple met through the group, and according to people close to them, they had been dating for some time. The Sun is able to reveal that.
“Gerard and Clara have been seeing each other for months,” a source close to Clara stated.
She is a student and works at his office as well.
