The legendary NBA player purchased his 2.5-acre property from the estate of Lee Phillip Bell, who passed away this year. Located at 9955 Beverly Grove Dr., LeBron’s new estate is outfitted with seven fireplaces, a pool house with two bathrooms, an indoor screening room, and an outside tennis court with lights.
The Beverly Hills mansion can accommodate the 6’9″ height of the LA Lakers player thanks to its over 9,100 square feet and high, exposed-beam ceilings.
The main house is 9,100 square feet and has four bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a driveway lined with hedges, and a motor court covered with palm trees. The 1930s structure was updated by Bell, who now owns it.
Jeff Hyland and Rick Hilton, co-founders of Hilton & Hyland, put Bell’s previously maintained mansion on the market in June. Prior to the Bells’ purchase, the property was owned by Katherine Hepburn.
The four-time NBA MVP paid $36.75 million for the Beverly Hills property, which had an asking price of $39 million.
