Including his Bethesda, Maryland, residence, Bradley Beal is taking nothing with him to the Phoenix Suns.
After ten years with the Washington Wizards, the player was transferred in June, and now he’s selling his palatial D.C. area home for $10 million. Property records show that in 2019, the NBA All-Star guard paid $7.8 million to purchase the mansion from the builder. The two-acre, about 13,500-square-foot home features six bedrooms, all of which have private bathrooms.
The listing, maintained by Jill Schwartz and Andres Serafini of RLAH @properties, states that the stylish apartment has an overall modern atmosphere with sophisticated finishings that were inspired by South Florida. There is no need to worry; stunning locations abound. The entryway has hand-laid Italian mosaic tile, dramatic light fixtures, and textured wallcoverings. In addition, there are several bespoke features, such as heated tile floors, wrought iron railings, and custom cabinets.
There are many social spaces, including a formal living room and dining room, a casual family room with a wet bar, a home office, and a chef’s kitchen with Viking equipment and a massive central island topped with rare natural granite. The home of the NBA’s all-time top scorer features a number of unusual amenities, including a gym and arcade that look out over an NBA-approved, subterranean half-court.
The house and grounds are both ideal for a sportsman. There’s a heated pool and a tennis court big enough for a match under stadium lights. You need not be an athlete to appreciate the outside spaces. For those who enjoy preparing meals outside, there is an outdoor kitchen, while those who want to relax can do so by the fire pit.
