Though Sex Education is in its fourth and final season, fans may own a piece of its history. At £1.5 million (around $1.8 million).  

The home where teenage sex therapist Otis Milburn (Asa Butterfield) and his mother, Jean Milburn (Gillian Anderson), live is for sale. The lovely U.K. house, The Chalet, lies on four-and-a-half lush acres in Symonds Yat in the Wye Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the England-Wales boundary. 

Before appearing in the cult British series, the red-and-white house was a Norwegian-style fishing lodge erected in 1912. The present owner bought the hillside pad in 2002 and renovated it extensively. The 3,100-square-foot home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. New plumbing and electric systems, a roof, and a custom-painted kitchen are recent upgrades. Additionally, the conservatory has grown.  

“The fact that this property is so well known only adds to the appeal of what is an incredibly rare opportunity to own a spectacular home,” says Knight Frank Bristol office head James Toogood in a press statement.  

Two greenhouses, an orchard, and a summer cottage complement the beautiful residence. Marketing brochure says a historic chapel at the top of the road may be purchased separately by agreement.

There are lots of places for fans to have morning coffee or read the paper on the patio like the mother-son sex therapist duo. A stone pizza oven and Swedish wood-burning tub are on the lower decks. Real river vistas are also not fabricated for the TV drama.
