Kim Kardashian hosted a bizarre Hulk-themed party for her son Psalm’s birthday, replete with a huge statue. However, another green monster stole the spotlight. Kim’s Instagram photos from the event, including one of her son’s $200,000 emerald chain, made waves!

The youngest Kardashian-West wears an emerald chain in the photo. The expensive pendant has a jewel-studded “P” initializing the child’s name, but the beautiful stones appear to completely surround it.

The rich SKIMS founder did not care about the beauty’s price, according to Rare Carat Diamond Marketplace CEO Ajay Anand in The Sun. He told the journal that the item seemed to “contain over 40 carats of emeralds” in square and rectangle cuts, which is expensive.

“Often, jewelry designers use smaller emerald sizes in the chain to keep prices down; it is clear that no expense was spared here on quite a chunky design,” said Ajay, who noticed the necklace’s unusual and not-so-exclusive combination of emerald shades.

He added: “High-end jewelry usually has one color and one nation. That may indicate their jeweler is cutting corners.”

Psalm is lucky that Kim and Kanye West are Hollywood’s richest parents. Rich enough that this isn’t their first expensive pet accessory!
