Tristan Thompson is about to buy a mansion from Khloe Kardashian that will blow your mind with its luxury

The Kardashian family seems to still follow the custom of staying close with ex-spouses. Reports from The Sun say that Tristan Thompson has bought a large property just three points away from Khloé Kardashian’s newly finished home. The NBA player paid $12.5 million for a big house on a 1.39-acre lot in guard-gated Hidden Hills. The mortgage of almost $9 million made the price even higher.

Howard Keyes, who used to own the Keyes Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, and Honda stores in Van Nuys, California, paid $9 million for a house built in 2010 that was based on traditional East Coast design.

Keyes, who is 80 years old, allegedly didn’t spend much time at the property. The empty house was for sale from 2014 to 2017 for prices ranging from $8.7 million to $10.7 million, but no one was interested. Thompson called right away when the house was put back on the market this year for $13 million.

In front of the luxurious home, there is a large motor court with room for ten or more cars. The home itself is over 10,000 square feet and has six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, and other amenities. The front door is reached by three short flights of stone stairs. The doors open into a large, double-height hall with a checkerboard black-and-white stone floor and a huge crystal chandelier. The living room has brown wooden floors and is next to a formal dining room and a wine closet that can keep wine at the right temperature.

The chef’s kitchen has two islands, high-end appliances, and a butler’s closet. The family room next door has big sliding doors that lead to a loggia with lots of room for outdoor parties. There is a library, a game room with a wet bar, a hexagonal breakfast room, a movie theater, and maid’s quarters on the main level, in addition to the five-car garage.

The master suite on the second floor has two different sitting areas and a private balcony with a view of the green grounds of the estate. The two master bathrooms are covered in expensive stone and have soaking tubs. They are linked to two dressing rooms that have custom finishes.

With its rose gardens, old trees, and lush grounds, the backyard looks like an upscale resort, even though it is in the middle of Los Angeles’s San Fernando Valley. The offering says that Keyes recently improved and added to the estate’s many outdoor features by putting in a new covered cabana with a fireplace, a new BBQ center, and a new sports court with a basketball hoop, which is perfect for Thompson to use for his home practice.

If the last name Keyes sounds somewhat familiar, it’s probably because Sylvester Stallone just bought Margie Keyes’s Hidden Hills home, which she used to live in with him.

The 31-year-old Thompson has two of his four children with Kardashian. He used to play for the Chicago Bulls and the Cleveland Cavaliers. The NBA free agent used to own a house in Encino that he bought for $6.5 million in 2019 and then sold for almost $8 million this spring.
