Master P, his kids Romeo and Hercy, and the owner of the property stroll through the 105,000-square-foot estate during the almost 11-minute video. The largest private home in the nation, the Bel-Air property boasts a backyard spanning over an acre. Among this home’s opulent amenities are a movie theater, a bowling alley, a 30-car garage, 21 bedrooms, and 42 bathrooms.

Film producer Nile Niami designed and owns his home. Niami was a well-known builder of opulent homes before producing more than a dozen low-budget movies. Some affluent people, including Sean “Diddy” Combs, have bought his properties.

Niami thought of building “The One” seven years ago in an attempt to create the biggest and priciest home possible. The estate’s development is said to have cost about $550 million, and it was completed early this year.
