Quavo of Migos’s Atlanta mansion worth $1.35 million, a place to enjoy life with his girlfriend

The Castle at Cromwell is a fancy tribute to the Chateau de Chenonceau, a picture-perfect house on the River Cher that dates back to the 1400s.

The one from Georgia is a little more recent. The house is 12,000 square feet, was built in 1996, and has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and four half bathrooms. The one-acre home is in one of the wealthiest areas of the country.

The house needs some repairs and improvements before its true value can be seen. Anastasia Nevtonova, the selling agent, says that building this house today would cost $5.5 million. It was on the market earlier this year for a little less than $1.5 million. Now that the price has been lowered, it will be a great deal for anyone looking for a castle in Atlanta.

The asking price may also be fair given the property’s location and history. Whitney Houston, Bobby Brown, Usher, and Allen Iverson have all lived in the elite Country Club of the South neighborhood in the past. Nevtonova also says that Offset, Cardi B, and Bob Whitfield, all members of Migos, have been to the house in the past few months.

Quavo, one-third of the group Migos, was a famous hip-hop artist and used to live in the house. There is even a secret door in the house that goes to the Atlanta native’s recording studio.

A grand living room with a honeycomb ceiling leads to a patio in the style of Europe that has a small pool, fountain, and hanging garden. The building also has two offices, each with its own private entrance, two staff apartments with kitchens and laundry rooms, living quarters for live-in help, and several garages.

There are tennis courts, swimming pools, basketball courts, walking and jogging paths, and a golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus in the gated neighborhood.
