The rapper’s new Chelsea residence has more than 4,500 square feet of outdoor space in addition to a 32-foot private pool.
Officially, Bad Bunny is from New York.
The New York Post initially revealed that the Grammy-winning rapper, whose true name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio and who is originally from Puerto Rico, is paying an outrageous $150,000 a month to rent an opulent home in Chelsea. The property is a spacious 4,552 square feet, with four bedrooms and four and a half baths. A private 32-foot lap pool, an outdoor kitchen, and numerous seating places are all included in the 4,593 square feet of patio space that complements the opulent pad.
The spacious residence, which was last offered for $18.5 million with Chase Landow and Ryan Serhant of Serhant, is anticipated to make its streaming premiere when it appears in the broker’s new Netflix series next year, according to The Post. We’ll take you through what’s within for the time being. The apartment features high 12-foot ceilings, handcrafted wood paneling, and oak flooring. Naturally, one advantage of being high above the Big Apple is that the home’s sliding glass walls provide lovely city views.
The apartment is accessed by a key-locked elevator and features an open living area, library, and south-facing terrace through a windowed gallery. The library features a sculpture-inspired, ultra-slim staircase that leads directly to the expansive rooftop. There is an eat-in kitchen and eating area back on the main floor. Top-of-the-line Gaggenau equipment, terrazzo floors, stainless steel counters, and custom Molteni cabinets furnish the latter.
The main suite is one of the other notable elements. The bedroom, featuring two walk-in closets and a separate terrace, is unquestionably fit for a global celebrity. Its en suite bathroom is equally spectacular. Imagine enormous marble slabs, warm flooring, an oil-finished oak vanity, and a soaker tub. Even while it seems like Bad Bunny is spending more time in the concrete jungle, the Latin rapper is also a property owner in Miami, Los Angeles, and San Juan. He spent $8.8 million on a Hollywood Hills property earlier this year.
