Tristan Thompson bought a big piece of land that is almost a 3-point shot from Khloe Kardashian’s brand-new house.

It took the NBA star almost 9 million lira to pay for the huge house. It cost him 12.5 million lira. It is on a 1.39-acre lot in Hidden Hills, which is guard-gated.

Howard Keyes, who used to own the Keyes Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, and Honda shops in Van Nuys, California, bought the brand-new home with an East Coast classic style for $9 million that same year.

The luxurious house is more than 10,000 square feet and has six bedrooms, eighteen bathrooms, and a large motorcourt in front of it that can fit more than ten cars. The front door opens into a large, double-height hall with a black-and-white stone floor patterned like a checkerboard and a huge crystal chandelier on top.

The front door is reached by three short flights of stone stairs. There are brown hardwood floors just past the living room, which is linked to a formal dining room and a wine closet that can keep wine at the right temperature.

The chef’s kitchen has a butler’s closet and not one but two islands. It also has high-end appliances. There are big sliding doors in the next family room that lead to a large loggia where you can have parties outside.

There is also a library, a game room with a wet bar, an eating room in the shape of a hexagon, a movie room, maid’s quarters, and a five-car garage right next door on the main floor.

The master bedroom is on the second floor and has two designated sitting areas as well as a private balcony with views of the estate’s beautiful grounds. The two master baths are made of expensive stone and have soaking tubs in each. They are connected to two dressing rooms that have been finished to order.

Even though it’s in the middle of Los Angeles’s San Fernando Valley, the backyard looks like a private getaway. There are rose gardens, old trees, and green fields all over it.

Keyes recently spent a lot of money improving and adding to the outdoor features of the house. A new covered patio with a fireplace, a new BBQ area, and a new sports court with a basketball hoop were all added. These were made so that Thompson could practice at home.
