About 7,645 cubic yards of eco-friendly permeable concrete were used in the modern home.

William and Maria Bell, famous soap opera stars, hired Tadao Ando to build the building in 1999. It took 15 years for builders to finish the Bell House.

Their $200 million home in Malibu is at 27712 Pacific Coast Highway.

An article in The Daily Mail said that Anthony Barcelo Ando is working on a house with Kanye West.

The sharply-shaped building has big rooms and windows that go all the way to the roof.

Pacific Concrete TMZ said that when the Carter family bought the house, it became California’s most expensive home (beating the old record of $177 M) and the second-most expensive real estate deal in the country.

It took 15 years to build the house.
