The singer moved to LA not long ago. Before buying this house in Encino at the end of last year, the rapper rented in Beverly Hills’ Trousdale Estates. Not anymore.Dirt.com says that the artist Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard owns this five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Encino Hills. The previous owner was Slash’s ex-wife Perla Hudson.

 

 

 

The French-style 6,113-square-foot home on 0.55 acres was bought by the Kid Laroi for $8.3 million (US$5.5 million). Hudson made $3 M (US$2 M) when she sold the house she bought in 2017 for $5.3 M (US$3.5 M). Hudson took time to bring the early-1990s interior up to date and give it a rock star vibe.

 

 

 

 

 

A black-tiled hallway leads to a sparkling blue lap pool. A sculptural white staircase leads to a bedroom with a large balcony and the main bathroom, which is very fancy and has two sinks, a large bathtub, and modern-gothic chandeliers and lighting.

The open-plan living rooms have an eating area, a kitchen nook, and two black, granite, and wavy kitchen island seats. There is a lounge room with a marble fireplace, a pool table, and sliding glass doors that lead to the pool, deck, and grass in the large living area.
