Before Williamson signed his lucrative rookie deal with the Pelicans as the first overall pick, Jordan Brand signed him and gave him a good pay. Williamson’s most notable buy was the $900,000 house he bought from former NBA center Greg Monroe. The seventh overall pick in the 2010 NBA Draft chose to sell his home in New Orleans.

Monroe was getting ready to live abroad at this point, so it made sense for him to sell the house he had bought in 2013 for $837,000. Sharma of The Sports Rush says it wasn’t a surprise that the 2019 first-round pick took Monroe out of the running after the Pelicans picked Williamson.

Here are pictures of Zion Williamson’s $900,000 home in New Orleans.Williamson has a house that is 5,954 square feet and has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. This will give Williamson’s kid plenty of room. The house is also in a country club, so the windows offering a beautiful view are very appealing. The home also has a big closet and high ceilings, which could be good for Williamson’s 6-foot-6 frame. On the other hand, the house had a Batman painting as well. For Williamson, who is a huge Batman fan, the painting was the cherry on top.
