Late rapper XXXTentacion’s $1.4 million mansion is nearing completion

XXXTentacion, a rapper, was shot and killed on Monday near the motorcycle shop where he was working on a $1.4 million house. The rapper from “Look at Me!” bought the mansion in Parkland, Florida, in November of last year and was almost done with a major makeover.

The luxurious home is only 15 minutes from where he was killed by two shooters on Monday afternoon while looking at motorcycles. The real estate company Zillow that listed the house says that the 6,000-square-foot house has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a swimming pool, and sits on more than an acre of land.

TMZ was told by XXX’s neighbors that building crews had been hard at work on the project for a week before he died. Reports say that the singer made a number of changes to his property, including putting up a security fence around the outside. His neighbors told him that he was “quiet but friendly” and that he had just moved in full-time. Photos of the inside of the house show how it looked when he bought it a year ago, before it was fixed up.

Two armed suspects are said to have shot XXXTentacion as he drove away from a motorcycle shop where he was looking at new bikes. TMZ said that one of the suspects, who were described as black guys wearing hoodies, shot the victim. The other suspect then drove off in a black Dodge Journey with dark tint and black wheels. Stephanie Martinez, a mother of three who lives in the neighborhood and is 29 years old, and her kids had just come home from the pool when they heard three gunshots. When she got to the end of the street, she found the rapper’s dead body in the car.

His arm is outstretched and his mouth is open. Two people checked his heartbeat, according to Martinez, who also saw blood. He should have had protection and other things with him, so it’s strange.
