Douglas Elliman Real Estate agents Josh Altman (famous from Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles) and Daniel Damico have listed the former home of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star in Beverly Hills, California. This is the fourth time this group has worked on this particular property.

Douglas Elliman revealed that KKW Beauty’s founder had sold the building in 2013 before starting a new chapter with her future spouse Kanye West, whom she wed in 2014. In the premiere of Season 5 of Keeping Up, this house played a major role.

Interestingly, the bedroom of this five-bedroom, five-bathroom property is where Kardashian West’s first spouse, NBA player Kris Humphries, memorably proposed to her. It’s important to note that her marriage to Humphries lasted only 72 days until it ended in 2011.

According to the ad, this Beverly Hills mansion is 3,800 square feet and features Tuscan-style architecture. It is located on a half-acre lot on Deep Canyon Drive. The front yard is enclosed by a gate and features a beautiful garden; inside, a two-story lobby with hardwood floors and elegant wrought iron embellishments greets visitors.

Many of the pieces of furniture that Kim Kardashian West personally selected for the decor are still there. The enormous master suite is a feature, with a fireplace, a substantially sized walk-in closet, a sumptuous soaking tub, a lounging space, and dual vanities. Her former initials, KK, are engraved on two separate vanity mirrors in her private dressing area.

Notable also is the chef’s kitchen, which features a double-sided fireplace, a breakfast nook, and a big central island. The outdoor space is perfect for social gatherings, with a gazebo, pool, waterfall, outdoor kitchen, bar, and plenty of grassy areas.

The business tycoon has greatly increased her property portfolio since 2013, when she sold this home. Alongside the estimated $60 million Hidden Hills house where Kim, Kanye, and four children largely reside—including Psalm (7 months), Chicago (2 years old), Saint (4 years old), and North (6 and a half years old)—the Kardashian-West family holds other residences throughout Los Angeles. Recently, they spent a total of $28M for two massive Wyoming ranches.
