Wiz Khalifa, as Cameron “Black and Yellow” Jibril Thomaz, just spent $3.4 million buying a mansion in Encino, California. He had previously been renting a home in Los Angeles for $16,000 per month.

While Khalifa still owns one property and another in his hometown of Pittsburgh, he has lately moved into a second opulent residence approximately three miles away for a little more than $7.6 million.

Whether or whether he has already installed the marijuana bar, music studio, and Steelers-themed gaming area in his dream home is unknown as of this writing.

His estimated $60 million net worth comes from his successful music career, his proprietary marijuana strain known as Khalifa Kush, and his mobile Weеd Farm game, which allows users to grow and tend to virtual crops.

Khalifa’s brand new contemporary farmhouse features an expansive open floor plan with blonde hardwood flooring, exposed wood ceiling beams, and high-end designer lighting. There’s a separate guesthouse, gym, theater, and office space, among many other features.
