The “Lift Me Up” and “Umbrella” artist spent $10 мillion for a four-bedroom, five-bathroom property in March 2021, although he or she probably never lived there. According to PropertyShark listings from 2020, Rihanna also purchased the home next door to the store for $13.75 мillion.

The backyard is complete with a pool, manicured grass areas, a vegetable garden, a basketball court, and other places to sit and dine. An additional one-bedroom cottage with a kitchenette and an office is available for guests.
The deal was concluded in the first week of July, and while the name of the buyer is unknown at this time, Dirt claims that it was purchased by Tracey Jacobs, the Hollywood talent agency that represents Johnny Depp.According to documents, Rihanna bought both of her Beverly Hills mansions via a trust associated with Evan Jehle, a member of the Global Advisory Board for her non-profit organization, the Clara Lionel Foundation, and a partner at the New York City-based business management firm FFO.
