The two-story house is in the Mediterranean style and has a long, covered entryway, a lush courtyard, and rustic rooms inside with wooden floors and vaulted ceilings. Both floors have windows that face the bay.

The house has ten bathrooms, six bedrooms, and a master suite with a terrace and a lounge. The back yard by the water has a spiral stairs, a playground, and a basketball court that was painted red and black to look like the Miami Heat, where Wade played most of his NBA career.

Wade, 39, was on 13 All-Star teams over the course of 16 NBA seasons. During his time with the Miami Heat, he won three NBA titles and the scoring crown in 2009. His last game was in 2019 and he bought a Utah Jazz stock this year.
