READY: Liverpool stars trained lightly before the match with Toulouse but THREE stars are absent

Ryan Gravenberch and Curtis Jones were both absent from Liverpool’s final training session before flying out to Toulouse on Wednesday.

A win for the Reds in the south of France will see them qualify for the knockout stage of the competition, having ran out triumphant in all three Group A games so far.

But a number of senior players were seemingly absent from their final preparations, with a travelling squad set to be confirmed on Wednesday afternoon.

Jones missed Liverpool’s draw away at Luton Town with a minor injury, and was again absent from training on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Gravenberch also was not spotted ahead of the trip to France.

With Caoimhin Kelleher set to retain his starting place in goal in the Europa League group-stages, Alisson Becker also wasn’t spotted training out on the pitches despite initially being seen on Liverpool’s Youtube stream.

On the other hand, Conor Bradley was visible in pictures the team shared. Following a back injury, Pep Lijnders has stated that the young defender is getting closer to being well again.

Despite the constant doubts about his father’s whereabouts following his abduction in his native Colombia, Luis Diaz performed exercise. Thiago Alcantara, Andy Robertson, and Stefan Bajcetic—all long-term injured—remain out of action.
