Exploring Drake’s Opulent YOLO Mansion: A Luxurious Haven Where Nights are Filled with Endless Celebration

Canadian rap star, singer, and actor Drake has made $12 million off the sale of his YOLO mansion in Los Angeles.

This approximately 12,500 square foot estate in the celebrity-studded neighborhood of Hidden Hills features a mechanical bull and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar.

Referencing the “you only live once” motto, the Beverly Hills Estates listing reads, “The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills.” This English Tudor is the perfect blend of rustic beauty and modern convenience; it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is surrounded by horse trails.

Aubrey Drake Graham, better known as Drake, 35, reportedly purchased the home in 2012 for $7.7 million, as recorded by PropertyShark. The artist best known for hits like “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” reportedly listed the property in March with an asking price of $14.8 million. It went under contract at the beginning of May.

Mansion Global was unable to determine who purchased the property because the sale documentation was not yet made public.

The main residence boasts a recording studio and lounge, a home cinema, a wine cellar, and a tasting room, as stated in the listing. You have to cross a stone bridge to get there. In addition, the master bedroom suite spans around 2,000 square feet and features a bar area, two vanities, and soaking tubs surrounded by marble.

The listing said that the pool area had an 80-foot rock waterslide, waterfalls, and many televisions in addition to the swim-up bar. Stables, a sand volleyball area, and a tennis/basketball court round out the amenities.
