The world-ruling DJ Khaled has no time to waste on frivolous spending. I kid. The mastermind behind All I Do Is Win is cashing in, living the dream, and taking us along for the ride via social media, video platforms, ceremonies, and music.

The uber hype music maestro recently added a modern Miami Beach house to his growing Khaled kingdom, complete with a two-level gazebo and an 80-foot-long pool for swimming, wild pool parties, or filming Aquaman aquatics with his adorable 2-year-old son Asahd, already a YouTube sensation. Twelve thousand seven hundred square feet is plenty of space for new fathers.

If you haven’t heard of DJ Khaled, it’s probably because you never listen to hip-hop or listen to the radio or use social media. Khaled Mohamed Khaled is a Grammy-winning singer and record producer who has become famous for his collaborations with A-list musicians, the livestreaming of his son Asahd’s birth on Snapchat, and the effective use of self-promotional “shoutouts” in his songs. It’s DJ Khaled! The famous DJ has worked with many other artists, including Rihanna, Jay-Z, Drake, Kanye West, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop Dogg, and Nicki Minaj.

The outgoing disc jockey uses this to his advantage. Including a five-bedroom main house, a four-bedroom guest house, a safe room, an outdoor shower, a home theater, an elevator, and a fireplace, DJ Khaled’s new waterfront mansion has a total of nine bedrooms and ten and a half bathrooms. There are observation decks, fountains, gardens, and a boat dock at Cesar Molina’s limestone mansion. Wooden eaves and towering palm trees shade it.

The massive Curmaru wood overhangs, mahogany windows and doors (including the four-door garage door), and courtyard area of this tropical home create a seamless transition between the interior and exterior.

The two-story gazebo features a kitchen, bar, bathroom, outdoor shower, and fireplace. Floating staircases, wall coverings, millwork, and sumptuous textiles are all examples of home furniture designed by Holly Hunt and Christian Liagre. Eloy Carmenate and Mick Duchon were also on Elliman’s listing. DJ Khaled was represented by NextHome Realty Experts. The agreement was kept quiet.

“Baby on Board” signmaker Michael Lerner sold DJ Khaled the mansion. To seal the deal, Lerner may have offered the internet celebrity a car caution diamond for his almost-famous son. The Khaleds are a risk-taking family, as evidenced by Asahd’s daring pool diving and his father’s high-speed jet skiing.

The mansion on the lake was purchased by DJ Khaled. The cost to the producer for Robbie Williams’ Beverly Hills property was $9.9 mln. The mansion he owned in Pembroke Pines, Florida was lavish.

After purchasing this massive piece of land, DJ Khaled will have no need for social media. Are you kidding me? His social media empire is larger—possibly even more powerful—than anyone else’s. Dj Khaled keeps dreaming. He dreams. It’s DJ Khaled!
