There are three bedrooms on this floor, including a master suite with a tiled bathroom that has glass-block accents, two sinks, and a tub/shower combination.

The lower level has a bedroom with a bathroom connected, a full kitchen, and a family room with a beautiful red brick fireplace and sliding glass doors that lead to a balcony.
