DJ Khaled Makes a Splash: Acquiring Jamaica’s Largest Mansion for $39 Million as his Ultimate Vacation Home

The luxurious Rio Chico Private Estate will be DJ Khaled’s new home in Jamaica.

The CEO of “We The Best Music Group,” Gordon “Butch” Stewart, a Jamaican hotelier and businessman, declared on Tuesday that he would be selling the property.

I said, “Butch Stewart of Sandals Records and DJ Khaled don’t want me to sell you the house.” The founder and chairman of Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts, Adam Stewart, said, “Another one!” in a video that his son posted.

In a video that was uploaded on Monday, Khaled, an American DJ and record producer, first stated that he wanted to buy the property. He thanked the owners for letting him stay at their 14-acre villa but asked that they sell it to him.
