Rapper Kid Cudi paid $7.7 million for an adult mansion in Calabasas.

Kid Cudi purchased an exquisite hilltop home on the West Coast.

Cudder purchased a $7.7 million Mediterranean house in Calabasas, California, according to a July 19 article on Dirt.com. Six bedrooms and eight bathrooms occupy this 8,925-square-foot home in Park South Estates.

The beautifully refurbished home is extremely private and “nested at the very top of the hill behind double gates,” according to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The residence features a gym with a private bathroom, a temperature-controlled wine room, and a home theater.

There are two staircases in the house, along with a big living room, bar, and separate dining area. Stainless steel appliances and two white marble islands adorn the spacious chef’s kitchen. The family room, which has a flat-screen TV over the fireplace, is connected to the kitchen and breakfast area.

Upstairs are five bedrooms with big windows. A private balcony, a sitting area, a walk-in shower and bathtub, separate vanities in the bathroom, his and her walk-in closets, and stunning views of the hillside vineyard are all features of the master bedroom.

On 11.5 acres of private property, there’s a large pool and spa for amusement. There is a live turtle pond in the grotto. There are Tiki houses with BBQ grills and outdoor fireplaces on two of the patios. There are golf and basketball in the activity area.

 

Lastly, there is a fire pit and seat in the backyard where you can enjoy stargazing or take in the city lights and mountains.
