The Bel-Air property boasts a backyard that extends over an acre, earning it the title of largest private mansion in the country. This mansion has it all: a movie theater, a bowling alley, twenty-one bedrooms, and forty-two bathrooms. There’s also a thirty-car garage.

A director named Nile Niami built and owns the house. The real estate magnate Niami was in more than a dozen B movies before he became famous for his lavish house development. Affluent individuals, such as Sean “Diddy” Combs, have purchased his residences.

With the intention of constructing the largest and most expensive residence, Niami conceived the idea to build “The One” seven years ago. The development of the estate was completed earlier this year and its value exceeds $550 million.
