Wiz Khalifa’s Contemporary L.A. Residence Hits the Market with a Listing Price of $15,000,000

Wiz Khalifa, a rapper, has changed his real estate portfolio in California by putting his Los Angeles home on the market. After little over three years of ownership, the artist—real name Cameron Thomaz—is selling his conventional modern home in Encino, California. According to Dirt, the property is currently advertised for about $4.5 million, which is about $1 million more than when he bought it in 2019.

The property has six bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom, all spread out over an astonishing 5,875 square feet. Elegance and modernity are the dominant design themes throughout the home. Exotic wood finishes, 25-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, custom lacquer cabinetry, and a stunning floating staircase await guests.

Among the many features of this mansion are a home theater, a pool and spa, and a wine bar with one hundred bottles. A sports court, outdoor kitchen, cabana, and terrace with a wrap-around balcony are just a few of the appealing outside areas.

Rumor has it that Wiz Khalifa spent $7.6 million on a contemporary farmhouse, which he now calls home. This brand-new 8,000-square-foot mansion has it all: six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a detached guest house with a kitchenette that’s 450 square feet in size. In addition to providing the artist with a modern and chic place to live, the property features a large driveway and a three-car garage.

This change marks the beginning of a new chapter in Wiz Khalifa’s real estate pursuits in California and reflects his changing preferences in property.
