The wealthy Englewood, Colorado, community is where celebrity quarterback Russell Wilson and his R&B singer/philanthropist wife Ciara have set their sights on real estate, with money being no object. According to local rumors, they have selected a residence there. After ten fruitful seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, where he once made enough money to be named the best paid player in the NFL, the pair passed the pigskin.

After striking a big agreement, Wilson and his wife Ciara decided to spend $25 million on a Colorado property. During the process, the power couple also sold their Seattle home for $36 million. The $7.5 million Colorado home, which is 20,000 square feet in size, was previously owned by billionaire Gary Magness. Wilson’s $25 million property purchase is reportedly the most costly single-family home deal in the area.
From roughly 11,000 square feet with six bedrooms and seven bathrooms to more than 20,000 square feet with four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and a couple powder rooms, Wilson and Ciara are nearly doubling their living area. This is the case despite the fact that their new Colorado home came with a much lower price tag than the $36 million they are requesting for their lavish Seattle home. An apartment with a bedroom and bathroom for guests or staff is located atop a detached garage.
The three-story home’s several meeting spaces, which include a formal dining room with paneling and a lacquered library, are another gem. A floating circular staircase, a double-height foyer, and six fireplaces are also included. The main suite has two lavish bathrooms, two dressing rooms in the vein of a boutique, and two study areas. All guest rooms have private bathrooms. Among the mansion’s various recreational and leisure amenities are a state-of-the-art movie theater, an indoor swimming pool and spa, and a yoga studio/gym overlooking an indoor basketball court.
With its gorgeous views of the Front Range, the well-kept gardens of the Rocky Mountain estate include a peaceful pond and waterfall, an outdoor fireplace set in the center of a ring of trees, a large dining terrace, and a vast expanse of lawn that Wilson could probably turn into his own football field if he so chose.
