Exclusive Access: Unveiling the Extravagance of Drake’s YOLO Mansion, the Ultimate Party Haven for All-Night Celebrations with Colleagues

Rapper, singer, and actor Drake from Canada just sold his YOLO mansion in Los Angeles for $12 million.

This nearly 12,500 square foot estate in celebrity-studded Hidden Hills boasts a mechanical buℓℓ and a grotto pool with a swim-up bar, among many other luxuries, perfect for living the life of a hip-hop artist.

“The YOLO estate is a jaw-dropping resort-style home tucked away in the ultra-exclusive, guard-gated enclave of Hidden Hills,” reads the listing by Branden and Rayni Williams of the Beverly Hills Estates, which alludes to the “you only live once” tagline. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and bordered by equestrian paths, this English Tudor house is the perfect blend of rustic elegance and modern comfort.

Aubrey Drake Graham, better known as 35-year-old Drake, paid $7.7 million for the home in 2012, as reported by PropertyShark. Listing paperwork indicate that the singer of “Wait for U,” “Toosie Slide,” and “Way 2 Sexy” originally listed the estate for $14.8 million in March. The deal was struck early in May.

Mansion Global could not determine who bought it since the sale’s paperwork has not been made public yet.

There includes a home theater, a recording studio, a tasting room, six fireplaces, a recording studio with beam ceilings, and a recording studio and lounge, all included in the description. You can get there by crossing a stone bridge. Additionally, there is a master suite that spans approximately 2,000 square feet and features a bar area, seating, and a bathroom with two vanities, soaking tubs with marble surrounds, and access to it through a wood-paneled bookshelf.

According to the listing, the pool area boasts a swim-up bar, numerous televisions, a rock waterslide that is 80 feet long, and waterfalls. Also on the premises are a tennis court, a basketball court, and a sand volleyball court.
