Salah said he was more than happy to swap shirts with his admirers
Salah, who was subbed off in the 56th minute after finding the back of the net from the penalty spot, said he was more than happy to swap shirts with his admirers.
He was approached by 21-year-old winger Moses Usor first and immediately took off his bench coat before whipping his match shirt off.
While in the process of taking his shirt off for Usor, Salah was asked by another LASK player if he could swap some kit.
The Liverpool forward looked up and smiled before saying: ‘I’ll give you a second one inside’ to the hopeful LASK defender.
Fans were quick to react on social media, with many praising the Liverpool star for being so accommodating.
One support wrote: ‘Class act as always from our man Salah.’ While another one added: ‘He’s honestly such a good person’.
Another fan said: ‘They will tell their grandchildren about the day they swapped shirts with Mo Salah’.
Mo Salah is edging closer to the 200 goal mark – sitting just one away from that total after netting against LASK on Thursday evening.
After LASK goalkeeper Tobias Lawal knocked off Cody Gakpo, the Reds had a 2-0 advantage at halftime and had the opportunity to increase it.
After the referee signaled for a penalty, Salah sent the ball past the goalkeeper to score the team’s 199th goal.
With one game remaining, Salah’s contribution enabled Liverpool to finish first in Group E and earn a spot in the Last 16 with a total of 12 points.
On December 14, they will play Union SG to end the group stage while Toulouse plays LASK.
