Black Sherif reportedly has a home in Oyarifa with three or more bedrooms, a home gym, and a built-in studio. In addition, his management gave him a bunch of cars, which include a Mercedes-Benz C300 and a Toyota Tundra.
Empire Music, an American record label and distributor, has a contract with him. But before that, it was claimed that he was under the supervision of Shadrach Agyei Owusu.
There has also been considerable controversy around him. On April 11, 2022, Black Sherif was sued for allegedly breaching a contract he had signed with Empire. Shadrach Agyei Owusu, the CEO of Waynes Chavis Consult, filed a court case to prevent Black Sherif from playing at events without his permission.
Luckily for Black Sherif, the injunction that attempted to stop the musician from performing songs he had published while under his previous management was denied by the Commercial Division of the Accra High Court.
Along with Money, Ankonam, Ade Akye, and other blockbusters, the young Ghanaian musician has released several additional songs. Top singles include Kwakwu The Traveller, First and Second Sermons, and Soja.
