On Monday, Adele listed her Beverly Hills mansion for $12 million. Located in the city’s guard-gated Hidden Valley enclave, this Hamptons-style mansion is a favorite among A-listers.
Nicole Richie, a TV personality and fashion designer, sold the mansion to the 34-year-old singer of “Hello” and “Easy on Me” in May of last year for over $10 million, according to records kept by PropertyShark.
Records also show that when Adele bought the property in issue, she had two other properties in the neighborhood. She spent $9.5 million on her first home in 2016, which was over 6,500 square feet, and $10.65 million on her second. The properties were purchased by Adele through trusts associated with her business advisor.
A few months prior to the listing, the English chartreuse spent $58 million on a 21,000 square foot house in Beverly Hills with a Mediterranean flair. Reportedly, the house owned by Sylvester Stallone was listed for sale at $110 million.
There is a wood-paneled office with a door leading outdoors, an eat-in kitchen with wine storage and garden access, a den and breakfast nook close, and a fireplace in the recently listed 5,500 square foot home, according to listing pictures.
There is a fireplace, two closets, and a bathroom with a steam room, metal framed doors, and a rain shower head in the main suite upstairs, as stated in the listing. On the second story, you’ll find a massive game room or guest suite in addition to two more bedroom suites.
In the rear, you’ll find a sports court, an outdoor kitchen, dining terraces covered by trellises, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and seating areas surrounded by stone. The property’s poultry coop, fruit trees, and vegetable gardens are encircled by first-rate artificial grass.
