Rick Ross will have to fork over more than $37 million to purchase a beautiful mansion on Star Island in Miami.
Star Island has been home to several notable persons, including Gloria Estefan, Shaquille O’Neal, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.
After spending millions to buy the extravagant estate, Rick allegedly intends to renovate it. There are six bathrooms, a summer kitchen, and a heated pool in his brand-new 40,000 square foot mansion.
Rick, 47, resides on Star Island, as reported by TMZ Hip Hop. He was born and raised in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida.
The ultra-luxurious seaside home has a wooden harbor in the backyard that leads out to the ocean.
Rick will have access to amenities like a media room once he moves in.
After Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez, who was engaged at the time, purchased a 10-bedroom mansion on the island in 2020, it became famous.
According to sources, the rapper from Money In The Grave will be the one to close on the estate that was listed for sale in May.
According to Architectural Digest, he spent $3.5 million two years ago on the Miami house of former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire.
Even though he bought Amare’s house months ago, Rick still hasn’t stayed there, he stated on REVOLT’s Assets Over Liabilities.
“But you know what?” he reasoned. The house has a potential to fetch a price tag of $3 million higher than when it was bought.
A few months ago, Rick Ross reportedly paid Meek Mill $4.2 million to acquire his Atlanta property, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
When Rick started making a lot of money as a rapper, he bought a million-dollar house in Atlanta just because he was curious.
“So me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta,” Rick said in an interview from 2021, adding, “Homes was something I was always fascinated by.” While cycling, we frequently came to this spot and shouted, “God dɑmn.”
He said, “Following my deal and circumstances, I purchased a multimillion-dollar house approximately two minutes away, so I can easily commute to work in Atlanta every day.” Played out like that.
His crowning achievement is The Promise Land, a mansion in Georgia with 109 rooms that Rick bought from Evander Holyfield.
