Nelly’s Wildwood Villa: A Dream Oasis with Tennis Court, Swimming Pool, and Proximity to Coveted Ski Areas

Nelly Sells 50% Stake in His Catalog for $50 Million: 'My Music Is My Legacy'

Famous rapper Nelly, whose real name is Cornell Iral Haynes Jr., is asking just $600,000 for his empty Wildwood, Missouri, estate.

The house and the project seem to have been left abandoned when the 46-year-old rapper bought it in 2002 with the aim of reselling it.

According to TMZ, Nelly, who was born and raised in the St. Louis area, planned to renovate the house with a friend who is a contractor. Rather than that, the planned renovations were never carried out. For a long time, the property was neglected and in a bad way.

At this point, the rapper behind “Ride with Me” would like to cash out and get out of the venture. The house first appeared on the housing market on Thursday.

A whopping $2,499,000 was the asking price of the property before Nelly bought it. The amount the performer paid for it, however, remains unknown.

Located only minutes from Eureka’s Hidden Valley Ski Resort, this 1998-built structure is around 30 miles from St. Louis.

Situated on a 12-acre property, the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion boasts 10,799 square feet of living space.

There is a lot of room to play, a private basketball court, a three-car garage, and views of the Meramec River basin at this house.
