Andrew Mortaza of The Agency is listing the Los Angeles house of actor Michael B. Jordan for a cool $12.995 million.
Situated in the esteemed Royal Estates neighborhood of Encino, this magnificent mansion measures over 12,300 square feet and has eight bedrooms. The property was purchased by Mr. Jordan for $12.51 million in May 2022. Mr. Mortaza claims that Mr. Jordan spent around $500,000 upgrading the ventilation and security systems.
The mansion, which was built in 2021, has several high-end features, such as a gym with a hot tub, a home cinema with a concession stand, a wine room with glass walls, and an elevator. Mr. Mortaza also mentioned that the main bedroom suite’s two enormous walk-in closets are sure to impress any guest.
On the expansive half-acre land are other buildings including a two-story guesthouse, a massage room on its own, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana with a warm fireplace. Mr. Mortaza is unsure of the motive behind Mr. Jordan’s choice to sell.
Famed actor Michael B. Jordan (Black Panther, “Creed”) is returning to the big screen for “Creed III,” a picture he co-directed, which is due to hit theaters later this year. Obsidianworks, a marketing firm, was co-founded by him and his acting career.
According to real estate statistics compiled by Redfin, the typical sale price in Encino was around $1.18 million in November, down 6.2% from the same month in 2021.
