Interest in Kevin Hart’s new home has increased as it is different from his 2016 burglarized home. Thrilled, he shared poolside photographs in August 2019. Eight days later, he tragically was hurt in a serious vehicle accident close to his home; luckily, he is doing fine today.

Hidden behind limited liability firms associated with a long-term business associate, Kevin invested $1.35 million in a 26-acre plot of land in Calabasas in 2015, according to property records. Reportedly, he bought one of the final two lots in the neighborhood, while Keyshawn Johnson, an NFL legend, got the other.
