Lil Pump’s Party Oasis: A Glimpse into the Rapper’s Paradise

The rapper Lil Pump, whose real name is Gazzy Garcia, has bought a waterfront property in Miami and is back there after spending $4.6 million.

Originally advertised for $4.89 million, the 5,100 square foot house with stunning views of Biscayne Bay was handled by Douglas Elliman agents Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck. The third-floor rooftop terrace features a large rooftop patio, perfect for the 18-year-old rapper to host his party while admiring the sunset views and the beautiful surrounding wall.

Beautiful woodwork, expensive furniture, and fixed windows characterize this mansion in an affluent Norfolk Island area, built by LF Development. One of the most beloved companies among the wealthy Miai residents is LF Development, which built the home that NBA player Hassan Whiteside purchased on Miai Beach.

“The kitchen has custom-made African wood with Italian design,” describes Dominguez’s claim. On top of that, there’s a secret pantry full of dried products and gourmet treats.

The SME appliances and the floating cabinetry beside the kitchen window drew us in. The stunning Italian marble that covers the dining room floor is something we truly value.

According to Dominguez, the traditional architecture and tiles designed by Rex Alaastri were the main draws for all guests at the residence.

Every room, including the attics, has windows that go all the way to the ceiling and are equipped with motorized curtains.

But with all the options for outdoor pursuits, Garcia and his crew may not spend nearly as much time inside. Included are a heated pool and Jacuzzi, synthetic grass, custody ipe wood flooring, and that amazing rooftop party deck.

The rap world was rocked in 2017 by the tattooed Garcia as his song “Gucci Gng” went viral, with over 500 million streams on Spotify. His latest album, “Hard Dropout,” has the hit tune “I Love It,” and he made a triumphant return this year.
