Usher has been selling houses like crazy, having just sold his third house in less than a year.

The musician sold his northwest Atlanta home, which had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Mychal Jaymes reportedly organized a $775k purchase on behalf of the buyer. After paying $970,000 for the house in June 2007, Usher put it up for sale almost a year and a half ago.

The 2,908 square foot house boasts an amazing rooftop deck, and the proximity to Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the home of the Atlanta Falcons, allowed the new owner to receive a discount.

The musician sold his condo on Sunset Street in November of last year, capping a hectic year for him in the real estate market. In August, Usher also sold his Alpharetta, Georgia, mansion with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
