Sources claim that Chance the Rapper and his spouse paid $2.3 million for a 9,251-square-foot home in Bannockburn, a town located about 30 miles north of Chicago.

 

The Chicago Tribune reports that on September 14, the three-time Grammy winner, who is a native of Chicago, and his spouse bought the five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home. They had previously been renting another nearby house.

The publication stated that the couple had been living with his wife in a five-bedroom, 6,721-square-foot Bannockburn home prior to this purchase.

The description states that the house was built in 1996 and is on 3.71 acres. It has an outdoor swimming pool, movie theater, library, sauna, and 4-car garage.
