Rick Ross Splurges on Opulent Star Island Mansion in Miami

An extravagant nine-bedroom mansion on Star Island in Miami could cost Rick Ross as much as $37 million.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Star Island has been home to many famous people throughout the years, including Shaquille O’Neal, Gloria Estefan, and Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez brought glitter to the island in 2020 when they invested in a ten-bedroom mansion there.

Rick, 47, grew up in the same Miami suburb as Flo Rida and currently resides on Star Island, TMZ Hip Hop reports.

After buying the extravagant property, Rick allegedly intends to invest millions on restoring it. Exquisite features of his recently constructed 40,000 square foot mansion include a heated pool, a summer kitchen, six bathrooms, and more.

The luxurious coastal mansion’s backyard features a little wooden harbor that provides access to the water.

Rick will have access to the house’s features, such as an entertainment area, after he moves in.

It was advertised for sale in May, and rumors have it that the rapper from Money In The Grave is almost ready to sell the mansion.

According to Architectural Digest, he paid $3.5 million for the Miami mansion of former NBA player Amar’e Stoudemire about two years ago.

Rick said on the REVOLT show Assets Over Liabilities, “I still haven’t slept in that b**** once,” months after purchasing Amare’s property.

And you know what? his mind worked out, “What?” One advantage is that I might potentially earn three million dollars more than what I originally invested in the house when I sell it.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Rick Ross allegedly paid Meek Mill $4.2 million to buy his Atlanta property a few months ago.

Just for fun, Rick bought a multimillion-dollar Atlanta mansion when he was starting out as a rapper.

One interview Rick gave in 2021 went something like this: “Homes was something I was always fascinated about, so me and my homies started coming up to Atlanta.” Every time we rode past this spot, we’d pause, look around, and say, “God d’mn.”
