The Wild ‘n Out host, who is expecting his seventh child, secretly bought the house in 2018 after renting it out. This information is exclusively available to The Sun.
The opulent mansion is currently listed as belonging to Nick’s LA lawyer, who rented it for an astounding $11,000 in 2015 after divorcing Mariah Carey.
At the time, TMZ said that he bought the new home in order to keep Monroe and Moroccan, who are now ten years old, “out of the spotlight.”
Nick’s mother supposedly helped him with the interior design of his six-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate, which is situated in the quiet Saddle River neighborhood only one hour outside of New York City.
Images acquired by The Sun show the 8,371-square-foot, 1989-built residence on 2.06 acres.
