Kanye West and His New Wife Reside in a $4.5 Million Mansion Across from Kim Kardashian’s House

The Post can disclose that Kanye West bought a one-story house across the street two months after Kim Kardashian fully moved the marital dwelling into her property.

The modest five-bedroom, four-bathroom home must have captured his attention because he paid $4.5 million for it, $421,000 more than the asking price.

The rapper will also find it convenient that the five-bedroom, four-bathroom Hidden Hills mansion was listed for $4.079 million on December 1st, the first time it has been on the market in 67 years.

West, 44, used the LLC Spruce Blue Trust to close on the residence on December 20, according to records.

The “Donda” singer has expressed a wish to “get his family back together,” according to a source who talked with The Post, although the primary purpose of this house purchase was for the former wife’s children.

It’s “just basic logistics so that he is close to his children and has access to them at the drop of a hat,” the insider said.

But it looks like some upgrades will be required because the mansion is a far cry from what the Kardashian-West family is used to.

The small home has more than 3,600 square feet and is situated on an acre of land with an equestrian ranch.

The interior of the house is furnished with cupboards, shaggy beige rugs, and ancient wood paneling.

Among the features are sliding doors that open to the pool and horse corral from a family area with a fireplace. The description also mentions a guest unit attached to a two-car attached garage that leads to a three-stall barn via a walkway. Attached to a large horse pasture is the barn’s hay storage spaces and tack room.

The same owners have lived in the immaculately maintained property since it was built in 1955.

The front yard was recently rebuilt with drought-resistant AstroTurf, and the kitchen was remodeled in 2005 with an island.
