The Agency listing agent Andrew Mortaza claims that Michael B. Jordan, star of the film “Creed,” intends to market his Los Angeles home for $12.995 million.
The property, which is located in the affluent Encino neighborhood of Royal Estates, has eight bedrooms and approximately 12,300 square feet, according to Mr. Mortaza, who co-owns the listing with his colleague Bryan Castaneda.

According to Mr. Mortaza, the mansion was constructed in 2021 and included a fitness center with a hot tub, a home cinema with a concession stand, a glass-enclosed wine room, and an elevator. The master bedroom suite comes equipped with not one but two enormous walk-in closets. “That’s the biggest ‘wow’ factor for people when they walk through,” he added. “When people walk through here, they are blown away.”
According to Mr. Mortaza, the property is around half an acre in size and features a two-story guesthouse, a stand-alone massage room, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, and a cabana with a fireplace. In addition, the property also contains a pool. He claimed that he was unaware of Mr. Jordan’s motivations for selling.
The home has approximately 1,230 square feet of living space
Later on in 2018, Mr. Jordan, who previously starred in the films “Creed” and “Black Panther,” will make an appearance in the film “Creed III,” which he also directed. In addition to that, he is a co-founder of the advertising agency Obsidianworks.
