At Christopher’s Children’s Hospice in Guildford, Mount spent the afternoon interacting with families of children who were gravely ill. It was his first hospice visit since he started using the service.

In order for all families who require it to receive it, I sincerely wish to raise awareness of the lifeline care that Together for Short Lives and children’s hospices like Shooting Star Children’s Hospices offer to very ill children and their families.

“Meeting the kids today was wonderful, and I was able to see firsthand that children’s hospices are joyful, cozy spaces where people smile and laugh.”

“We are so glad Mason was able to meet some of the wonderful kids and families we help and see for himself what important care children’s hospices provide,” said Andy Fletcher, CEO of Together for Short Lives.

“His efforts to raise awareness are invaluable because they enable more families to receive the support they require to enjoy their time together while caring for a seriously ill child.”
