Conor Bradley, a teenage full-back, would probably “fall asleep in the dressing room,” according to Jurgen Klopp’s jest following his team’s 2-1 victory against Fulham.

The 20-year-old turned in a strong performance as the Reds overcame a deficit to win the first leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final at Anfield. The right-back’s performance thrilled the German manager, who also commended his character.

WHAT NEXT FOR CONOR BRADLEY?

Despite making nine first-team appearances for Liverpool, Bradley is still waiting on the first Premier League game of his career. He will have to wait a while before he can get a run out in the top flight, though, with Liverpool next in action on January 21 when they take on Bournemouth.
